ATFD Agitated Thin Film Dryer
Excellent Drying with Memzio Water Engineering's Film Rotor:
Experience excellent drying efficiency with Memzio Water Engineering’s ATFD Agitated Thin Film Dryer, featuring the Dry Control Film Rotor. Our specially designed centrifugally balanced blades offer superior efficiency compared to other dryer types. The balance and weighing make the blade ride truer and quieter on the film, ensuring higher product quality by significantly reducing entrainment and the advanced wiper geometry minimizing splashing, resulting in minimal wet salt entering rotor blade slots.
Key Features of Memzio's Dry Control Film Rotor:
Centrifugally Balanced Blade: Precision-designed blade for higher efficiency, balance, and quiet operation.
Reduced Entrainment: Achieve higher product quality by minimizing entrainment through advanced blade design.
Enhanced Wipers Geometry: Reduces splashing to a minimum, ensuring optimal drying conditions.
Discharge System Optimization: The discharge system discussed personally enhances efficiency without compromising confidentiality. Instead of valves, we recommend maximizing uptime or utilizing a trolley for efficient bottom product removal.
How Memzio’s ATFD Works:
Wet slurry product (30 to 50% w/w) is fed through the inlet nozzle.
The rotor blades convey the product along the heated dryer wall, forming a thin film with the help of steam, hot oil, or any heating media.
The thin film, typically millimeters thick, prevents buildup and continuously exposes every particle to the heated surface.
Vapors exit the dryer through the feed nozzle in a counter-current flow configuration.
Achieve moisture levels from a few tenths of a percent up to 5%+ as needed.
Residence time is precisely controlled to meet specific requirements.
Choose Memzio Water Engineering for cutting-edge Agitated Thin Film Dryer solutions, where precision meets innovation to deliver optimal drying performance with enhanced product quality.
